I created this logbook to help parosmia, anosmia, phantosmia, and other smell disorder sufferers document their journey and experiences with foods and smells. When I first experienced symptoms of parosmia 15 months ago after getting covid about 18 months ago, I needed a book like this that could specifically help me navigate this difficult journey with a smell disorder.
Whether you have a smell disorder or not, you can make the best of this book just the same. I just wanted to give those of us with these disorders something more specific to meet our needs. Use this logbook/food diary to document the foods you can tolerate and the ones you can't. There is also a meal planner, food diary, pantry list, weight tracker, mood tracker, and so much more. In the back, you'll find many pages where you can write down your reflections, thoughts, and feelings. I hope this logbook helps you on your journey to recovery. I am currently still logging all of my intolerable and tolerable foods, smells, and items in my pantry lists. Add this book to your tool belt for healing.
